Kenpachi unconciously matches his power levels to his oponent. You could say its his weakness as he doesnt even really realize he is doing it. He just loves to fight and if ur at the same level as ur opponent , then it wont be over quickly and he can enjoy the fight.

I'm looking forward to the battle between Captain Kurotsuchi and Espada no. 8 because they are both researchers and have the same madness within them.

My theory is that she needs to be kidnapped so the story can go further , but if she heals Ichigo now it would be difficult for as it would be little credible to think Ichigo would let her be kidnapped without him interferring. It's just plot at this point
